You can share custom symbol libraries with your team members.
First, create a custom symbol library.
If you have a SmartDraw site license, you can now choose to share the library with everyone on your license when you create it. Learn how to share a custom library with anyone on your enterprise license.
If you want to share an older library, export that custom symbol library and email it to your team members.
If you receive a library from someone else, you can easily import that custom symbol library to your license.
Click on More in the symbols section of the SmartPanel on the left hand side of your drawing area.
In the Symbol Libraries dialog, click on Add New and choose Import Custom Libraries.
Browse to find the custom library on your desktop.
Click Import Selected Files.
The custom library will be added to the symbols area of the currently open SmartPanel. You can also find it on the list of libraries under More or by using the Search symbols function.
