If you have a SmartDraw site license, you can share a custom library directly with your team by making it shareable when you create it. To make a custom library available to everyone on your license, read this article.
If you need to share an older, existing library, you can also do so by exporting the library first.
Learn about creating a custom library here.
Click on More in the symbols section of the SmartPanel on the left hand side of your drawing area.
Navigate to the My Custom Symbols area in the left panel of the Symbol Libraries dialog that pops up. It should be right at the top. Next, right-click on the name of the symbol library you want to export and select Export Custom Library.
Your browser will download the SDCL file using your browser's download settings.
Now you can email this file to anyone you want to share it with.
To use the library in SmartDraw, they'll have to import it to their account.
To do so, they'll start by also clicking on More in the symbols section of the SmartPanel and then once in the Symbol Libraries dialog, they can click Add New and select Import Custom Libraries. Read more here.
