To recover recently deleted SmartDraw files, check the Trash folder.
You can access your Trash folder by clicking on the trash bin icon in the upper right corner of the Documents view of the Dashboard.
In the Trash folder, you'll see a list of recently deleted documents and folders.
Deleted documents are stored for 90 days to make it possible to recover files deleted by mistake. After 90 days, these files are automatically deleted permanently.
To restore a deleted file, right-click on its name and choose Restore. After a confirmation, your restored document will be moved out of Trash back to the main Documents view.
Restore Multiple Documents
You can restore multiple documents at the same time by holding down Ctrl and then clicking on multiple documents on the list.
You'll be asked to confirm if you want to restore all the files selected. Once you click Restore, the selected files will be moved back under My Documents.

You can also restore entire folders of deleted documents by right-clicking on the deleted folder's name and choosing Restore.
PLEASE NOTE: Only files deleted from SmartDraw storage are moved to this Trash bin. If you use a third-party storage provider, you will need to look for your deleted files in whatever Trash options that third-party storage service offers.
