You can share diagram by emailing your team a direct link to a specific document. Alternatively, you can set up a shared folder everyone in your team has access to and simply save files you want to share in this shared location.
There are two ways you can have shared folders in SmartDraw.
Connect to a 3rd Party Storage Service and Inherit Shared Folders
You can connect to an approved 3rd party storage service like OneDrive®, SharePoint®, Google Drive™, Dropbox®, or Box®.
Once connected, all shared folders from that service will automatically be available to your team with their existing permissions. There's nothing more to set up and everything works like you'd expect.
You can find your 3rd party storage service files and folders in a separate view under Documents.
Select the 3rd party storage you want to see shared folders for.

Set Up Shared Folders in SmartDraw
You can also create and manage shared folders in SmartDraw.
SmartDraw shared folders have to be set up by your license administrator for a multi-seat or enterprise site license.
The admin can login to your organization's account and in click on Shared Folders.

They can also set up groups for your organization. After putting users in groups, they can give specific groups access to specific shared folders.
