Saving diagrams into a folder is a great way to organize your documents. To do this, click Save As from the File tab.
Name your file.
Then, select SmartDraw from the Save To drop down menu if you want to create your folder on your SmartDraw account. Next, choose Create New Folder in the the "Choose Folder" section of the dialog. You can also add other 3rd party services and create folders for those.
If you don't see the option to "Create New Folder" click on the down facing arrow next to the Name field to expand this dialog.
Once you clicked "Create New Folder, you'll get another dialog that will let you name your folder. Type the name of your new folder into the Name Folder window. Press OK.
You can now save files to the folder you created.
