You can create a hyperlink from a shape to another page in a multi-page document.

First, make sure any template you opened is saved. You can do so by choosing Save As from the File tab.
If this is the first time saving your template, you can create a name for your file and select a location if applicable like a folder or a third-party service from the Save As dialog. Hit Save.
Once your file is saved, you can add a new page using the plus sign next to the pages tab at the top of your work area.

Create a Hyperlink
Select the shape or symbol within your work area that you want to link and click on Hyperlink under the Insert menu on the Home tab.
In the Add Hyperlink modal, select the page you're linking to in the Page in Current File drop down menu and click OK.
You'll immediately see the hyperlink reflected on your shape as a small chain icon in the lower right corner of the shape.
