This error message is specific to the SmartDraw For Windows Desktop product.
It's a generic error message that can result from:

- an out of date or corrupted installation of SmartDraw
If you are receiving this message when working with a specific SmartDraw file, the file may need to be repaired. We can try repairing the file if you attach it to your submission with a description of the issue.
In many cases, re-installing the latest version of the SmartDraw For Windows Desktop application can resolve the issue. If you have purchased recently or have an active maintenance plan, you can download the latest version you qualify for from My Account.
