You may export to the following formats using the online edition of SmartDraw:
- VSD (Microsoft Visio 2010 and earlier)
- VSDX (Microsoft Visio 2013 and later)
- PNG (Portable Network Graphics)
- SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)
- PDF (Portable Document Format)
- Office (Bitmap)
To export your diagram, select the Home tab and click on Export:
Choosing to Export to Visio, PDF, SVG or PNG will generate a corresponding format:
And place it in your default Downloads directory:
If you choose to export to Office, please be sure to click “Copy to Clipboard”:
Then, open up an Office program such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. When you’ve got that opened up, click the Paste symbol at the top-left in your Home tab (looks like a clipboard):
