The Separate Wall command on the SmartPanel and the right-click menu, lets you detach the selected wall in a closed room or building.
You can open up a wall or completely remove it. Click the button in the SmartPanel then click on the wall you want to detach from the rest of the structure. You'll now be able to move that wall freely away from the rest of the floor plan.
