SmartDraw Intelligence uses third-party LLM services like OpenAI and Anthropic to allow users to generate diagrams with simple text prompts.
If you want, you can turn off AI diagram generation for your license in My Account.
- Login to My Account: www.smartdraw.com/myaccount/
- Click on SmartDraw Intelligence in the left panel.
- Toggle AI Enabled to off.
Once disabled, SmartDraw Intelligence will not be accessible by any users on your license. This toggle will work for all license types: single, Team, and Enterprise.
