On the home screen of the template dialog, click on Add Service in the left panel and choose Microsoft OneDrive®.
You will be prompted to login to your OneDrive® account.
Agree to let your SmartDraw connect to your OneDrive® by clicking Allow.
You can now save any diagram to OneDrive® using Save As in the File tab.
Alternatively you can also add a new service like OneDrive® right from the Save As dialog. Just click on the logo or Add New under the Save To drop down.
Once connected, you can save to Microsoft OneDrive by selecting it under Save To.
All shared folders from that 3rd party storage service will be available and inherit the permissions set on that service.
You don't have to worry about setting up your system in SmartDraw's environment, just continue working with what you've already set up.
Shared folders will be marked in blue, so you know anything saved to those folders will be shared with .
In the Save As dialog the shared folder will also have a small icon denoting that they're shared with others.
Diagrams saved to OneDrive will also have the logo of OneDrive to remind you where there files are located in case you are saving to multiple services.

SmartDraw will work seamlessly with your existing setup.
OneDrive® for Business
If you want to connect to OneDrive® for Business follow the above steps, but make sure you're the account admin. If you're not the account admin, please ask your OneDrive® account admin to create the link between SmartDraw and OneDrive® for the connection to work properly. When an admin links their OneDrive® account to the SmartDraw license, they will be given the option to authorize the connection for everyone in their domain.
Please also make sure that your OneDrive® account allows third party apps to be connected to it or whitelist SmartDraw's app.
