There are three ways to connect to 3rd party storage services in SmartDraw:
- Under the Documents view from the Dashboard
- The Save As/Save a Copy dialog
- Using Integrations on the Dashboard
Connect under Documents
From the Dashboard, select Documents, click on Add Storage and choose Box®.
You will be prompted to login to your Box® account.
Agree to let your SmartDraw connect to your Box® by clicking Allow.
Connect from the Save As/Save a Copy Dialog
Alternatively you can also add a new service like Box® right from the Save As/Save a Copy dialog. Just click on the logo under Add Service or Add New under Save To.
Connect from Integrations
One final place you can create a connection to Box is under the Integrations section of the Dashboard. Scroll to the Storage section and choose Box.
Follow the usual prompts to connect.
Once connected, you can save files to Box by selecting Box from the Save To drop down of the Save As/Save a Copy dialog.
You can also access any files you saved to Box under Documents using the Box tab.
