Setting up Sharing Controls for Teams and Organizations

An administrator for a multi-seat or Enterprise Site Licenses, can set sharing preferences for the entire license.

By default, SmartDraw allows users to share their documents one of two ways:

1. Sending an email with a link to the document
2. Embedding the diagram on a web page

An administrator can disable this feature. If you're an administrator, read this article to learn how to set sharing preferences for your entire license.
