The default storage provider for every license is SmartDraw's own online storage. However, SmartDraw supports a number of third party providers including Google Drive™, OneDrive®, SharePoint®, Dropbox®, or Box®. You can choose any supported 3rd party storage provider as the default location for saving.
First, log into My Account.
To change the default storage options, select Document Control from the left panel.
Click on Document Storage Preferences to expand storage setting options.
SmartDraw is the default storage selection for all licenses.
To allow other storage systems, use the toggle next to the name of the service so it's set to green.
You can also switch the default location to Google Drive™, OneDrive®, SharePoint®, Dropbox®, or Box®.
To change it, select a different provider from the menu using the drop-down under Default.
Once you select a different default, the default designation and drop-down menu will switch to that provider.
Restrict Use to a Single Storage Provider
To prevent users on your licenses from using any other storage provider, make sure all toggles are set to gray except your organization's preferred choice.
Below is what it would your settings should be if you wanted to restrict all your users to just saving to Microsoft OneDrive®.
