You can transfer ownership of a license to another person if you need.
For example, if you own a single-seat license to SmartDraw, there may come a time that you need to transfer that license to a corporate multi-seat or site license administrator.
Note: If you don't want to transfer a license, but you just need to update your account information, instructions can be found here.
Transferring Ownership
First, log in to My Account.
Click on Transfer Owner in the left nav.
On the Transfer Admin Rights page, enter the corporate site license administrator's email address and click Continue:
You will be asked to confirm your transfer.
A transfer notice will be sent to the email address you have entered. Once the designated new owner clicks the link in the email, the license will be transferred to them. You will remain the owner of the license until the new administrator accepts the transfer.
