Saving is automatic in SmartDraw!
As you work on a visual, SmartDraw saves at regular intervals behind the scenes. You don't even have to name your file for it to begin saving, although we do recommend it for organizational purposes.
To name your file simply choose Save As from the File tab.
Next, you can type the name into the Name field and select your desired save location from the Save As dialog box.
SmartDraw supports 3rd party storage options like OneDrive, Google Drive, and more. Simply connect to your preferred storage solution in this dialog if you haven't already.

You can also rename your auto-saved document simply by selecting the default name given by the app in the upper right, typing in your own name, and hitting Save.
