Select a template from the Org Charts category under New Document on the dashboard.
Add Peers and Subordinates
You can add new peers and direct reports to your template by selecting the yellow action buttons at the side of each shape, which appear while hovering your cursor over the shape. Click the arrow in the direction you want to add another position to your org chart. Alternatively, you can hold down the Ctrl key and use the arrow keys to add people in the direction of the arrow key selected.
Generate Your Org Chart from Data
You can build your org chart manually or you can simply import a CSV file from wherever you usually manage employees.
Go to the Import and Export control palette in the SmartPanel to the left of your workspace and click on Import from File.
In the dialog that appears, you can choose to import your information from Azure Active Directory, Sharepoint, or a Local CSV file.
Load your file and make sure your data is formatting correctly before hitting Build Diagram to build your organizational chart.
Doing the import will replace any org chart you currently have in your workspace.
