In SmartDraw, files that contain hyperlinks may be exported to Office, PDF, SVG, or PNG. Once the export occurs, all hyperlinks that were active within the SmartDraw file become inactive (and disappear) in the exported file.

This is due to the properties of exported files- they are simply static images.
The hyperlinks created in your SmartDraw file will still remain active, so for this reason, we recommend using the Share feature to share your SmartDraw file URL with others.
IMPORTANT: Remember to always share every hyperlinked file contained in your document with your recipient, otherwise, the recipient will receive an error message when they click on the hyperlink icon.
