Collaboration Options Menu

You can access the Collaboration Options Menu by clicking your Badge in the top, right-hand corner of the Main Toolbar. There are six options:

  • Hide Cursors
  • Copy Document Link
  • Collaborator Name Preference
  • Set Display Name
  • Bring Everyone to Me
  • Mentions

Hide Cursors

This options allows you to hide other collaborators cursors on your view of the document by clicking Hide Cursors. To make the cursors show again, simply click Show Cursors.

Copy Document Link

You can invite others to collaborate by clicking this and sharing the link it generates.

Collaborator Name Preference

Use this option to choose how you want collaborators names to appear on your view of the document, whether it be their Display Name or Email.

Set Display Name

You can change how your name is displayed to other people.

Bring Everyone to Me

This option brings other collaborators to your spot on the document. Other collaborators will follow you until they click, pan, or zoom. You can stop other collaborators from following by clicking Release Followers in the Collaboration Options Menu.

Mentions

Your mentions from other collaborators will appear in this section of the menu.
