Export a SmartDraw Diagram to Microsoft Office

You can export your SmartDraw diagram for use in any Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) through the Export command.

Open the file you wish to export, choose Export under the Home tab and select "Export for Office":

Next, click Copy to Clipboard:

You can now open the Office program you want to insert your diagram in and use the Paste command.

Another way to bring your SmartDraw diagram into Office and other programs is to export an SVG or PNG using the Export command again. This will download a SVG/PNG file to your Downloads directory that you can Insert as a Picture in most programs.
